You can enjoy paying for your items Electronic payment with Credit / Debit Card or via Cash On Delivery (COD).
Please note that COD option is not valid on single orders equal or exceeding 5,000 EGP, either Electronic payment with Credit / Debit Card or please contact info@lapukka.com
Please note, your card will be charged at the time you place your order.
La Pukka does not hold or store any of your card details. Using Electronic payment, you will be redirected to an authorization page or payment gateway managed by your bank.
Kindly note that Product prices shown on the website include 14% Sales Tax, (No sales tax is charged on the purchase of a Gift Card.)
Shipping Policy
Shipping fees vary from an area to another; therefore please check the shipping fees before confirming your order.
Delivery time is calculated from the moment the order is accepted.
We work closely with our shipping partner to minimize any delays on our customers.
All orders equal or exceeding 10,000 EGP per item, will require a signature from someone at least 21 years old (with government-issued photo identification) at the delivery address.
Return & Exchange
Customer satisfaction is the number one priority for us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we would love to exchange or return the product (Without prejudice to the Return and Exchange policy of each seller) please make sure you meet the following terms and conditions:
- To start the return/exchange procedure, please send a request email to info@lapukka.com
- Returns & Exchange can be done within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- A courier will be sent to pick up the returned product within 3 to 5 working days.
- In the case of an exchange, the new product will be sent to your doorstep in 3 to 5 working days in addition to delivery charge fees.
- In the case of refund, once the item is back to its seller and ensure that it is unworn and in its original state, we will deposit the amount into your bank account. The refund procedure takes two weeks up to 1 month to be completed. Once the refund is declared, you will receive a confirmation mail.
- No-return policy on Lingerie, Underwear, Swimwear, Socks, Earrings, or any pre-orders.
- Returns & Exchange apply to unused, unworn items with their labels still intact
- La Pukka has the right to decline any exchange/return request if the product is used, damaged or dirty and it will be sent back to the customer without any exchange/return/refund. You will be informed with an e-mail of the status of your return in case it was declined.
- In case returned request has been declined, the customer will be responsible to pay all the shipping charges to receive back the item.ta
